1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the sob99 Platform is strictly conditional on the Member meeting the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sob99 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted or tolerated under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are acting under guardianship, trusteeship, or any other form of legal incapacity, you may not use the Platform.
• Non-Restricted Persons: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of sob99 or any of its affiliate companies, providers, or suppliers, unless express written permission has been granted.
• Problem Gambling: You must not be registered with or have applied to any voluntary self-exclusion scheme or gambling block service that covers the sob99 Platform. If you have prev iously self-excluded from sob99, you must not attempt to re-register without following the formal reinstatement process.

3Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register one account on sob99. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information. sob99 reserves the right to verify all information provided at the time of registration and at any later point.

• Single Account: Each Member is permitted to maintain one account only. Opening, operating, or knowingly using a duplicate account — whether in your own name or in association with another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport), a valid email address, and a current Indonesian mobile number. sob99 will use the details you provide for KYC verification, payment processing, and account communications. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• KYC Verification: sob99 may require you to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a copy of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card), a selfie with your KTP, and recent proof of address — before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. sob99 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. You must notify sob99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account Sharing: Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account, and you must not access or use any other Member's account. Accounts accessed from shared devices must ensure all sessions are logged out after use.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

sob99 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sob99 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction, unless stated otherwise on the relevant payment method page. sob99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your sob99 Real Balance in real time or within minutes, subject to the relevant payment provider's processing time. sob99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Verification: Your first withdrawal request, and any withdrawal in excess of Rp 10.000.000, will require completion of the KYC process as described in Section 3.3. sob99 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawals it deems at risk, including requests for bank account ownership evidence.
• Withdrawal Timeframes: sob99 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, for large amounts, or where additional compliance checks are required. sob99 will communicate any material delay to the Member via the registered contact details.
• Funds Ownership: sob99 does not credit interest on account balances. All deposited funds are held in designated accounts separate from sob99's operational funds. sob99 will not use Member funds for any operational purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to sob99 without first attempting resolution through our customer support channel constitutes a breach of these Terms. sob99 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through lawful means.

5Bonuses & Promotions

sob99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this section, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Each bonus is available to the Member segments specified in its individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available once per Member, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Balance funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Where no multiplier is stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Football sportsbook and live casino bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the provider. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual offer. Uncompleted or expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the account automatically without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: sob99 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; syndicated or colluded play; and using automated tools or bots. sob99 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close accounts in cases of identified abuse.
• Withdrawal of Real Balance with Active Bonus: If you choose to withdraw your Real Balance while an active Bonus Fund is held in your account, sob99 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those Bonus Funds prior to processing the withdrawal.

6Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the sob99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. sob99 provides sport-specific and game-specific rules within each product area. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing a wager.

• Odds Accuracy: sob99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds and prices are accurate at the time of display. In the event of a manifest error — including palpably incorrect odds, incorrectly listed events, or system pricing errors — sob99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes at no penalty to the Member.
• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until sob99 has issued an explicit bet acceptance confirmation. sob99 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) wagers are accepted subject to the specific in-play rules of each market. sob99 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Wagers placed after an event outcome has been determined — whether due to system latency, data feed delay, or any other technical issue — will be voided.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) wagers require all legs to be settled as winners for the wager to return a profit. If one or more legs are void, the voided legs are removed and the remaining legs stand. sob99's mix parlay rules are published in the sportsbook product section.
• RNG Certification: All casino games, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on sob99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure provably fair outcomes. sob99 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, sob99's server-side game records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Interrupted sessions will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection rules.

7Responsible Gaming

sob99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools to help Members maintain control of their gaming activity. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a means of financial recovery or a compulsive activity.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time by contacting customer support. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Out: Members may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is suspended from all wagering activity. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a longer break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. sob99 will make reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the sob99 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, text, graphics, game designs, audio-visual elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of sob99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sob99.
• The sob99 brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of our trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sob99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing wagers, exploiting promotions, or harvesting data.
• Colluding with other Members or coordinating play in any game or market in a manner that constitutes match-fixing, chip-dumping, or organised fraud against sob99 or other players.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards sob99 staff, customer support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP obfuscation in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sob99's liability to any Member in connection with the use of the Platform shall be subject to the following limitations:

• sob99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sob99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• sob99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• sob99's total aggregate liability to any Member, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Member into their sob99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• sob99 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond sob99's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government action, banking system failures, or acts of war (force majeure).
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit sob99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11Suspension & Termination

• By sob99: sob99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a compliance, security, or reputational risk to sob99 or its Members.
• Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, sob99 will return any verified Real Balance funds (net of any amounts owed to sob99) to the Member's registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
• By the Member: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure and final balance payout to be processed. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled at their natural resolution.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. sob99 may deduct an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month from a dormant account's Real Balance after 12 months of inactivity. sob99 will attempt to notify the Member via their registered email address before dormancy fees are applied.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sob99's operating jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the following dispute resolution process:

• Initial Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to sob99's customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. sob99 targets an initial response within 5 business days and a final resolution within 30 business days of receipt.
• Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with sob99's resolution, you may escalate the matter to sob99's compliance team. Details of the escalation process are available from customer support upon request.
• Limitation Period: Any claim against sob99 must be submitted within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Language: All formal dispute correspondence shall be conducted in English. sob99 may, at its discretion, provide Indonesian-language responses as a courtesy, but the English text shall be the authoritative version in the event of any discrepancy.

When submitting a complaint, please include your registered account username or email address, a clear description of the issue, the date and time the issue occurred, and any relevant screenshots or transaction reference numbers. This information will help sob99 investigate and resolve your complaint as efficiently as possible.

14Amendments

• sob99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
• Your continued use of the sob99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 11.3.
• The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
